Save time and money on your project with the help of ACS Sewer & Irrigation Services

If you have used our services before, then you know what kind of cost savings we can find on a project. For those of you who haven't hired us yet, the following are scenarios where our services could potentially save you thousands of dollars:

You are looking at purchasing a home. The home inspection came back showing the property is in good condition. The numbers all seem to add up and you are ready to pull the trigger on the deal. A friend asks you about the condition of the sewer system as you tell him about your potential new home. You remember from speaking to your realtor that the house is on municipal sewer and tell him such. Again your friend asks you about the true condition of the pipes in the system and you have no idea. The home inspection report you had already received failed to include a sewer service inspection. Upon this realization, you quickly ask your friend who can provide this type of information. He or she responds with, "ACS sewer and irrigation, of course!" So in a panic you call ACS to see how soon they can inspect your sewer service. The next day our technicians are at the property in question, inspecting the lines. ACS informs you that the sewer service line for the property is in poor condition, falling apart, and needs to be replaced in order to avoid any further sewer problems going forward. The technician tells you that based on the fact that the pipe is over 100 years old and collapsing, that his recommendation is to have it replaced. Based on the technicians' findings you then estimate the cost to dig up and replace the property's sewer service line is going to exceed $20,000, which definitely makes the deal not so good...

You have an irrigation pipe that hasn't been providing the proper flow. You suspect your neighbor's tree has something to do with it but are not entirely sure. You have had trees removed on your property in the past and know how expensive that service can be. You contact ACS Sewer & Irrigation Services to see what they might have to say about it. ACS technicians arrive on site and get to work. After investigating why the flow in the pipe is being restricted so severely, ACS tells you that the root infiltration problem isn't the main problem in the line and that the amount of mud and silt is to blame. Our technicians inform you that their hydro jetting service has a high probability of remedying the flow problem. You decide to have the additional service performed. A few moments later the ACS service technicians are back hydro jetting the line. In roughly two hours service time, the flow in your irrigation system has been restored for a fraction of the cost it would have been to remove a mature tree, dig up the pipe, and repair it.

You decide that you are finally going to put up a new fence in the back yard. You call 811 to have your utilities located before you start digging for the new posts. You now have your electric, gas, and water lines located so you begin digging the post holes accordingly. During the excavation of one of the holes, you notice bits of plastic but don't think anything of it at the time. You finish installing the posts which are set in concrete. Eventually you finish your fencing project and are very happy with the results. A few days later you notice the ground around one of your new posts is wet. It hasn't rained in weeks and you had your water line located so you go investigate. You find the ground is saturated and has an awful smell. As it turns out, during the excavation of one of your post holes, you damaged your sewer service line and that's what the pieces of plastic were from! Now you have literally cemented a problem in place that has to be dug up and repaired. The cost of the fence was expensive to start with and now you have the burden of tearing down a section of fence and repairing your sewer service which isn't cheap. Your neighbor happens to notice you in your time of frustration and asks what the problem is. You explain the situation and your neighbor tells you that for a small expense, ACS Sewer & Irrigation Services could have located the sewer line and saved you the cost and hassle of the repair if you had only called them first. Maybe next time you plan on digging you'll have all of your underground utilities located.
